T-Mobile Arena
The Bill Foley Group has submitted a bid proposing over $300 million in renovations to T-Mobile arena. Foley, who brought the Golden Knights NHL to Las Vegas is also owner of soccer teams in England, France, Portugal.and Australia. He has retained Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as the financial adviser while also retaining the law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP to advise.
Southwest on Las Vegas Boulevard and Starr Ave, 1.7 miles south of the 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign To feature retractable seating to change from 50,000 seats for large-scale events to 12,000–25,000 for basketball. The $10 billion project would require no public funding and would be home to the NBA franchise and be a MLS-ready stadium.
