Bill Foley Group
Bill Foley, majority owner of the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights is backed by financial advisors and has submitted a bid proposing over $300 million in renovations to T-Mobile Arena, using his established local sports infrastructure and venue rights as leverage.

Walmart heiress Nancy Walton Laurie and her husband, Bill Laurie, who reside in the Las Vegas area are also exploring an application.

The long promoted All-Net site on the the former Wet 'n Wild location next to the Fontainebleau. Developers plan a multi-billion dollar complex on . Would feature a 2,500 room luxury resort, a casino, and sports arena to house the NBA franchise.
Oak View Group Arena
A multibillion-dollar privately-funded entertainment district proposal originally proposed for location at South Las Vegas Boulevard offered
a site adjacent to Rio Hotel and Casino.
T-Mobile Arena
The Bill Foley Group has proposed a $300 - $400 million renovation to T-Mobile Arena to meet NBA standards, to include more seats, luxury suites and upgraded hospitality areas along with upgrading Paramount+ Plaza and construction of a sports campus and practice facilities for both hockey and basketball in Summerlin.
Southwest on Las Vegas Boulevard and Starr Ave, 1.7 miles south of the 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign To feature retractable seating to change from 50,000 seats for large-scale events to 12,000–25,000 for basketball. The $10 billion project would require no public funding and would be home to the NBA franchise and be a MLS-ready stadium.
Downtown Las Vegas
Mayor Shelley Berkley, has proposed a basketball venue that is heavily supported by the Clark County Commission. It most likely would be located in the Symphony Park area.

Currently a long-shot, but would drive traffic to the north Strip and directly tie to the resort.
VICI / Caesars
The latest bid entry - VICI Properties is working with Caesars Entertainment on plans for a venue behind the Paris, Horseshoe and Planet Hollywood resorts. The 50-acre parcel is currently home to BattleBots Arena and as staging for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
